Adaptive Planning Customer Experience Forrester Research Forrester Wave Nucleus Research BPM Partners In late September, 2013, Forrester Research, Inc. released “The Forrester Wave™: Financial Performance Management, Q3, 2013” report, which recognized Adaptive Planning as a strong performer.

Most notable, Forrester gave Adaptive a score of 5 out of 5 in “Customer Experience” – the highest mark given to any vendor within the report.
